Terms & Conditions
Effective March 1, 2026
Our goal is to provide a professional, comfortable, and enjoyable salon experience directly within your community. The following policies help ensure each service day runs smoothly and allows Divine Kulture to provide consistent, quality care to every resident.
A minimum of 6 scheduled residents OR $150 in scheduled services is required for each on-site service visit. The 6 residents must be scheduled on the same service day — the minimum cannot be met by combining residents across multiple visits.
If the scheduled service total falls below the minimum prior to the service date, the facility will have the option to reschedule, add additional residents, or meet the $150 service minimum.
A $25 On-Site Service Fee applies to each facility visit. This supports the preparation, transportation, setup, and breakdown required to provide professional salon services on location.
A travel fee applies in addition to the $25 On-Site Service Fee for facilities located outside Divine Kulture's standard service area. The amount is confirmed in advance once the facility location is known.
Senior Concierge Services are scheduled biweekly, monthly, or bi-monthly based on availability and the needs of the community.
Weekly service days are not offered as a recurring schedule. Additional or one-time appointments may be discussed when scheduling allows.
Each facility must designate one primary point of contact to coordinate scheduling and communication with Divine Kulture.
A finalized resident appointment list should be provided at least 48 hours before the scheduled service day whenever possible.
Additional residents may be accommodated on the service day if time permits but cannot be guaranteed.
Facility-wide cancellations or rescheduling requests should be provided at least 48 hours in advance.
Individual resident cancellations should be communicated as soon as possible so the schedule can be adjusted or another resident may be offered the available appointment.
Repeated cancellations or service days that consistently fall below the required minimum may require changes to the facility's recurring schedule.
Payment arrangements will be established with each partner facility before the first service date.
Depending on the facility's preferred arrangement, services may be paid by:
Payment for services is due according to the payment arrangement established before services begin.
The $25 On-Site Service Fee is due per facility visit and will be included with the applicable service-day charges.
Services are provided according to Divine Kulture's current Senior Concierge Beauty Services menu.
Services marked with a "+" indicate a starting price and may vary depending on hair length, density, product requirements, or the amount of time required.
Any significant price adjustment will be communicated before the service is performed whenever reasonably possible.
The facility agrees to provide a safe and appropriate area where services may be performed.
Access to electrical outlets, adequate lighting, and a nearby water source may be required depending on the services scheduled.
If the facility has an existing salon, shampoo bowl, styling chair, hooded dryer, or other salon equipment, Divine Kulture will coordinate with the facility regarding approved use of that equipment.
Divine Kulture will provide professional styling tools and products necessary for scheduled services unless otherwise arranged.
The comfort and safety of each resident are a priority.
Divine Kulture reserves the right to modify, postpone, or decline a service when performing the service may create a safety concern for the resident or stylist.
Facility staff or an authorized caregiver should remain available when a resident requires assistance with mobility, transfers, positioning, behavioral support, communication, or other care outside the scope of cosmetology services.
Divine Kulture does not provide medical care, personal-care assistance, resident transfers, medication assistance, or services outside the scope of cosmetology.
All tools, implements, and work areas will be cleaned and disinfected according to applicable professional sanitation standards.
Services may be postponed or modified when there is evidence of a contagious scalp condition, open wound, active infection, or another condition that may make salon services unsafe.
When appropriate, the resident, family representative, or facility staff may be asked to obtain medical clearance before certain services are performed.
Color and other chemical services may require additional consultation before scheduling.
Divine Kulture reserves the right to decline a chemical service when the condition of the resident's hair or scalp indicates that the service may not be appropriate.
Required allergy, sensitivity, or strand testing may be performed when applicable.
Residents are encouraged to secure jewelry, hearing aids, glasses, personal belongings, and other valuables when removal is necessary for a service.
Divine Kulture is not responsible for personal belongings that are lost, misplaced, or damaged within the facility unless damage results directly from Divine Kulture's negligence.
Photography and video are never required to receive services.
No resident will be photographed or recorded for Divine Kulture marketing or promotional purposes without appropriate authorization.
When photography or video is permitted, Divine Kulture will obtain a signed Photo & Video Release Authorization from the resident or their legally authorized representative and will comply with applicable facility policies.
Facilities may require their own additional media authorization procedures, which Divine Kulture will respect.
Divine Kulture respects the privacy and dignity of all residents.
Information learned while providing services will be treated professionally and confidentially. Resident medical information, diagnoses, treatment information, room numbers, records, or other private information will not be used for marketing or promotional purposes.
Partner facilities are responsible for informing Divine Kulture of any vendor credentialing, insurance, background screening, health screening, infection-control, identification, orientation, privacy, or other requirements that must be completed before services are provided.
Divine Kulture will provide applicable professional licensing and business documentation as required.
Divine Kulture is committed to providing services with patience, respect, professionalism, and compassion.
Harassment, threatening behavior, unsafe working conditions, or inappropriate conduct toward Divine Kulture or its representatives may result in a service being discontinued.
Policies, services, and pricing may be updated as the Senior Concierge Services program develops. Partner facilities will be notified of significant changes that affect their recurring services.
